Sharing a card
I CASEd this card from Dawn McVey. It is so cheerful and sunny. Something I definitly need with the temperatures falling fast. The first card I used a little cupcake stamp.
For this card I use the spray of flowers from Embrace Life. I think it turned out very nice.
I just wanted to say a quick thanks to the ladies who made it to my open house yesterday. It was the best one I have ever had. I love chatting and catching up with each of you!

NEW CATTY OPEN HOUSE

This card uses a new Level 2 hostess set. The flowers are so soft and pretty and I love the quote by Mother Teresa. This card uses the LOVE YOU MUCH set. I wanted to make a more masculine Valentine's card. My 3 sons and husband really aren't into the pink fro-fro too much!

Challenge!
These are the cards I did for this weeks Sparkpeople - Stamping to Lose challenge. The challenge was to use a new stamp set (blue card) and an old set (brown card). I love to do these challenges because they stretch me and get me out the rut! Enjoy!
Gifts and Cards
Well today I worked on the gifts and cards that I would need for the month of January. My nephews are turning 8 this month, so they will be getting these cards with gift cards for McD's in them.
I made another one with a dump truck, but must not of taken a picture of that one. Oh well, Happy Birthday Boys!
Next, it is my mother-in-laws birthday. She loves cardinals so I used the Cardinal Christmas set from Stampin' Up! to make her this little stationary box.
Inside the box are a set of cards, tags, and the 3 x 3 love notes. I hope she likes it...

Happy New Year!
Well, I had a chance to create today. This is what I did for the Sparkpeople - Stamping to Lose challenge of the week. I'm not overly impressed with either of them, but here they are.
The challenge was to create a blue card with buttons. I immediately thought of the true blue friend stamp from the Punches Three hostess set. And because blue isn't my favorite color I had to add some yellow!
Thanks for this challenge... I don't normally use buttons so it was a stretch! Good to get the old brain going. Anyone else want to take this challenge?
